CDR is made up of cysteamine hydrochloride. It has the lowest ph balance of any relaxing agent. It opens the hair bonds, softening them so hair can be re-texturized. Mixed with lanolin this combination penetrates into the hair shaft, and will soften, and moisturize the hair. Once the bonds are closed the hair has taken on its new texture, and is permanently re-texturized from the inside out.
